Manas Kumar started L&D Nexus after 8+ years working in training, coaching, and education. He built the platform to connect companies with the right learning professionals—using smart tech and real human insight, Manas is passionate about driving organizational growth through tailored learning experiences. He integrates AI tools and Agile methodologies to create innovative, high-impact programs that foster high-performing teams. Manas holds an MBA in Projects & Operations Management, and certifications in L&D, AI for L&D, and Business Coaching. His mission is to empower businesses with scalable, personalized learning solutions that lead to measurable success.
